how about you wake the fuck up and open a book? actually, i recommend you watch the documentary "13th", available on netflix. it highlights how our system changed to accommodate racism, with quotes from the politicians and the presidents THEMSELVES. redlining and other policies are in effect so that even if there were NO racists in America, minorities would STILL get the short end because that's how the country was set up and it's just barely changed. which is why it's not just about racist people, it's about a racist SYSTEM.

The lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice and without leave to amend on February 18, 2015.
