The Kraft Mac and Cheese That Sold Out in Hours Is Finally Back

No matter how old we are, Kraft Mac & Cheese will always be a staple in our pantry. The easy dinner solution has been there through play dates, after-school dinners, college meals, late-night snacks, and everything in between. 

While the original mac and cheese is a classic—and the shaped noodles might just make it even better—Kraft has recently leaned more into flavors for its cheesy offerings. In 2024, the brand rolled out its now-popular Ranch- and Jalapeño-flavored Mac & Cheese boxes for those looking for a more flavorful experience. Then, the blue-boxed brand released a first-of-its-kind mac and cheese using an incredibly trendy flavor: everything bagel seasoning. 

Kraft’s Everything Bagel Mac & Cheese rolled out as a Walmart exclusive in November 2024 and sold out almost instantly. Now, after selling out in hours, Kraft is bringing the savory, garlicky flavor back—but in a new form. 

For the first time ever, Kraft is offering its flavored mac and cheese in its ever-popular microwaveable cups.

Kraft Brings Everything Bagel Flavor to Mac and Cheese Cups

Kraft launched its heat-and-eat microwaveable mac and cheese cups about 20 years ago, and even though it’s brought on shapes and “Deluxe” Mac & Cheese to the cups, it’s never introduced a flavor before. This summer, Kraft is releasing its Everything Bagel Mac & Cheese in the cup format.

The flavor will once again be a Walmart exclusive, and, seeing how the first time went, we’d assume it won’t be on shelves for long. 

In addition to Everything Bagel, Kraft is offering its Jalapeño and Ranch flavors in mac and cheese cups that will be sold at retailers nationwide.

If those flavors aren’t speaking to you, the brand has an all-new one up its sleeve. Just in time for summer barbecuing season, Kraft is releasing a limited-edition smoky barbecue-flavored mac and cheese. 

The bold new flavor combines smoky, sweet barbecue sauce with the buttery, cheesy flavors of Kraft Mac & Cheese. It’s the best of both worlds for those who love to add smoky flavors to their mac or serve it topped with barbecue-sauced-up pulled pork. 

Kraft’s new Smoky Barbecue Mac & Cheese is rolling out to major retailers nationwide now, and will be available through mid-summer. 

We’d better clear some pantry space because our shopping list just grew by four items.
